I have been busy today creating designs for my new series of Dog and Cat cards. They are made from recycled fabrics, fleece and thread, then mounted into a window frame card. It is important to me to use as much recycled materials as possible so the background for most designs are old woolly jumpers or blankets which have been picked up in charity shops or donated to me by my friends.

I really enjoy creating the designs, making them with as much character as possible. Today I was working on a bearded terrier design using some super curly fleece which has been dyed with onion skins for a beautiful rusty colour.
